If the recipient has not completed their part and you are the sender you can use the "Correction" feature, if you are the recipient you will need to contact the sender of the envelope.
If the recipient already completed their part a new envelope must be sent.

You can create a case at https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport and a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.

Is there a way to correct the signature page on a document wherein the signer signed in the wrong place ?
Or, does the entire document need to be resubmitted for new signatures and initialling?
