Can you retrieve the signed document after voiding?
Yes -- even after an envelope is voided, the sender (and account admins) can still view, download, and print the documents. Here's how:
- From the Manage page, locate the envelope with "Voided" status
- Click the envelope name to open the Details view
- Click the Download icon at the top and select the files you want
The documents will have a "VOID" watermark to indicating they are no longer legally binding. Any signatures collected prior to voiding are considered invalid. Recipients who had already completed their signing can also still access the documents (with the VOID watermark).
Is the Certificate of Completion available?
Yes -- based on current behavior, voided envelopes should generate a Certificate of Completion that includes signing activity. You can verify this by navigating to the voided envelope's Details view and checking whether the CoC is available for download.
If it is, it should show the signing activity for the primary owner and the three joint owners who completed their signing, along with the envelope's voided status.

Important caveat
While you can retrieve the documents and CoC, remember that the envelope as a whole is not legally valid once voided. The documents with signatures and the CoC serve as a record of what happened, but they don't constitute a completed, binding agreement. You would still need to resend a new envelope for all recipients to sign again.
