Hello,
I am currently working on a Gen Template. However, when I attempt to generate a preview of the document, the document is not generated and I receive the following error message. My Salesforce user profile is assigned the System Administrator role, so I do not believe the issue is related to my user permissions.
Could you please advise on the cause of this error and the steps required to resolve it?
