Agreement Template Builder (DocGen) - missing sender fields

Hello - I uploaded my template from my testing dev environment to the live production one. The layout and format is identical and the fields are both on the document and part of my conditional rules. However, not all fields are showing up when I go to the editor → Sender → Misc. Fields. The field shows up in the conditional rule but I am not able to add it anywhere else on the template or add another condition to the rule. I also tried creating a new field with the same name but the system did not allow me. What steps should I take next?
