DocuSign Account total storage

Question

Where can I find the total document storage used by each DocuSign account? I did a little digging and it doesn’t seem like this is possible with the API.

Hello @Nahal,Thank you for getting back to us. To answer your question directly, there is no built-in setting or report in the standard Docusign dashboard that displays the total GB/TBmetric for an envelope.Currently, the only way to know the total size of a completed envelope is to download the documents to your device. Once downloaded, you can check the total file size by right-clicking the document and viewing its properties setting. We apologize for the limitation. Please let me know if you have any other questions or if you need assistance with anything else!Best Regards,Luke | Docusign Community ModeratorIf this helped, feel free to Like👍and click "Best Answer."
