Where can I find the total document storage used by each DocuSign account? I did a little digging and it doesn’t seem like this is possible with the API.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community. It’s our pleasure to have you here. I understand that you would like to know the total number of envelopes you have used on your Docusign account. We’re here to clarify the matter. 

If you want to know how many envelopes you have used on one specific account, you can run Account Activity Reports. You can check this link for more detailed steps: How do I see how many envelopes my account has used?

However, if you have an organization, organization administrators can track total usage across all linked accounts by running reports and exporting them as a CSV. Check out this link for a step-by-step guide and full instructions: Export an Organization Report

Thank you for your reply. But I am actually looking for the size not quantity. How many GB/TB of data?

Thank you for getting back to us. To answer your question directly, there is no built-in setting or report in the standard Docusign dashboard that displays the total GB/TB metric for an envelope.
Currently, the only way to know the total size of a completed envelope is to download the documents to your device. Once downloaded, you can check the total file size by right-clicking the document and viewing its properties setting.
