Unable to sign documents

Hi. Every time I am trying to open document which I need to sign message ‘’You’ve reached the authentication limit’’ appears on screen. However I do not exceed the limit of attempts. I have tried next day and day after, same issue. Please investigate issue.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble signing your document. I understand how important this is, and I’m happy to help.

The documents open in your browser for you to review and sign. If the verification fails, ID Verification displays an error. You can answer the questions again until you exceed the maximum number of authorized attempts. Once you reach this limit, ID Verification locks the envelope.

Could you please let us know if you have the Envelope ID? You can send it to me via private message. We also recommend that you contact the sender and ask them to correct then resend the envelope. This will help reset the available attempts. Then try accessing the new signing link to complete the process.
