Downgrading to Free

Hi - I’m trying to downgrade to a free plan but all I’m offered are plans starting at $10 a month (Personal?) and up. I’m currently in a trial period for a business plan that I somehow ended up with by accident - I suppose I could wait until the 30 days are up but it seems silly that I can’t downgrade until then (or is that the design not a bug?).  What am I missing?

I think no free plan, and only trial period for 3 envelope in 30 days. or free plan mean can recieve envelope but can’t send?

My partner has had a free account for a while, with max of three per month that he can send (which is enough for him and would be enough for me)

Hello,

I accidentally created a Business Pro Trial account.

According to the documentation, I should be able to downgrade to a Free account instead of closing it, but the "Downgrade to Free" button is missing.

My account only shows:

  • View Plans
  • Close Account

Could a DocuSign employee please help convert my account to a Free account?
