docusign signatures look like copy and paste

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having an issue with the downloaded documents. Let me help you with this.

To better assist, could you please share how you were able to download the documents?

We have several options for printing or downloading your completed envelope.

If you have a Docusign account:

1. From the Agreements page, locate the envelope that you want to download.
2. Click Download

• For separate files in a ZIP file - select All for all files, or check the files you want to download as separate files in a ZIP file. The document lists all the documents in the envelope.
• For a single PDF of all files in the envelope, select Combine all PDFs into a single file.

To access and download the document from the email notification: 

1. Select the Review Document link in your email. Then choose the action to perform from the icons in the right-hand side menu on the screen.        
2. To Download: Select the icon with the pointing down arrow. You will have the option to download as separate or combined PDFs, and you can choose where to save them on your computer.

Are you requesting a “drawn” signature for your documents? If not, then whatever signature the signer has chosen will be added to the ‘signed field - and that is basically “copied” from the original signature and “pasted” in.
