I keep getting signatories telling me they tried to sign a document but it has expired. I have to resend documents that were only sent a week ago. There is no way to set an expiry date, how do I find a document's expiry date? AND how do I change it?

Can I use one envelope to send the same agreement to multiple people? Each agreement only needs one person to sign, so I'd be looking for 50+ agreements as a result. It's a consent form for an event.

Is it possible to prevent the signer from receiving a copy of the document once the flow is completed?

We are using the e-signature but we only want the last person in the flow to receive a copy. How can we prevent any other signers to receive a copy once the flow is completed?Many thanks

Does anyone know how to update an email address that is embedded in the address book?

The Signee's name is correct, but the email address was input incorrectly and now it has been saved incorrectly by the Docusign auto-fill. This person signs 75% of our documents, so it's a real pain. Is there a way to edit what has been auto-saved?

Is it possible to make a correction to a document within an envelope after at least once signature has completed?

Is it possible to make a correction to a document within an envelope after at least once signature has completed?  For example, if a reviewer/signer makes a comment that requires a change, can that happen within the envelope, or do we withdraw the envelope, and start the process over, uploading the corrected version of the document? We would like to signer (person A) to send the document to an additional reviewer (person B) before the signer (person A) can sign.

In some situations, we would like to signer (person A) to send the document to an additional reviewer (person B) before the signer can sign. This is dynamic and not determined by the sender. How does a user add additional signature tag to a form that has already been completed?

After creating new accounts, our user sends files to the docusign email address, which then will convert it to a docusign format so it can be emailed out to the signee. The users typically review the form to see if the signature tags are there before sending it off to the signee. They have noticed some forms never created signature tag for the signee to sign.
