Do I need to create templates in the production account?

Hi, I have already created a dev & production account, and also my app has been promoted to live, from what I saw my templates are not 'duplicated' from the dev account, my question is, should I be creating templates in production as well just like I did on dev?

Hi, I have a docusgin set up with two signers but the second person isn't receiving them. I just verified their email to make sure there wasn't an error.

Signers are set to different colors and I have the yellow set for the first signer and blue for the second. My manager is the second signer and she is not receiving the documents and I have no idea where they are going. They are not going to the email that is attached to our account either.For the ones that have been signed by clients, is there a way to resend them to my manager and then resolve the issue of where they are sending to?Thanks,

Hi, I'm working as a Legal Office Assistant at the legal department of TVH.

I have a very urgent question for our CEO.He needs to sign a lot of documents in DocuSign but the documents that need to be signed, aren't displayed in "Action Required". The number is always 0. Do we have access to the emails sent by recipients who reply to our DocuSign request?

I am having an issue where several people are not sending emails to the email address we specify on the email we send or on the documents we send. They are instead replying to the DocuSign.net email address. Do we have access to view those emails?

Is there a way to download an envelope so that the summary is attached to every single document?

I usually send out an envelope with multiple documents to be signed off at once, but when I download them separately, I can't attach the summary to them since they're signed documents. How can I attach the summary to the separate documents?

Permission Profiles: Ability to edit templates

If possible, I would like to create a permission profile that functions as a "Sender" with the added ability to update a template. One particular use case we have would be more efficient if the Sender+ could update some values in the template's fields: Address, for example. Is this possible? The settings indicate no, but wanted to ask anyway. Thank you

Why does signature not appear on document even though signatory did sign?

I sent a document to 3 signatories. All signatories claim to have signed, but only 2 of 3 signatures appear on the document. The 3rd (missing) signatory texted screenshot of signature field with DocuSign signature stamp, showing that he did, in fact, sign. Why then does signature not appear on doc? How to get signature to appear on the document?

Change of name on Docusign Envelope upon signing

Hi Team, Have input the recipients full individual name on envelope with the recipients preferred email address and then have sent the envelope across.Upon signing though, the recipients name reverts to a company name they have used on Docusign previously. Is there a way to disconnect the email address from the previous company name so the client can use their full individual name, or will I need to ask the client to update their email address to something new entirely? Can you place tags using Doc Gen?

While using document generation, you can create the word document with the "{{studentemail}} " but that requires the sender to type the email out. If the student is in the routing path, can you place the tag within the word document so Doc Gen will pick it up inside the paragraph?

Is it possible to reactive an envelopp that has expired?

An envelopp has expired less than 6 months after it was sent. All parties signed the document, but one person needed to view the envelopp so that it would be sent to all parties. 4 month after being sent, the envelopp has mysteriously expired... Is it possible to reactive this envelopp?

After the document is signed, the Envelope ID watermark appears on the top of each page. However, our company's document template has the title of the document at the exact same spot. Is there a setting to move the Envelop ID watermark elsewhere?
