If someone has rejected halfway through the signing process, due to incorrect information, how do we edit the document to resend?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

You can apply changes to any envelope or recipient that has not been marked as completed.  If the envelope was declined by a signer, that means the document was voided, if that is the case, a new envelope would have to be sent out for signature.

 

If they did not select the Decline option and just informed you of the incorrect information, please note that once a recipient completes their action (or the envelope), the system will not accept any further alterations.
