Error calling 3rd party message

Question

When I click on the pen icon, then select recipient roles, to then create an envelope to place signing fields, I receive an error message stating “Error calling 3rd party”. HELP! Icannot go any further...

Thank you! So ironically, the issue was connected to a particular document that was in the envelope. I was able to duplicate it in multiple envelopes and when I removed that document, the problem resolved.
