Hi All,

we migrated users to a new domain and also a new Identity provider (IdP).

I can update the users email via mass update, how ever I wonder how I can delete the Entry in Security Sector for IdP and federated ID. Because if this still exists the user cannot login via SSO.

Regs,

Christo

You can locate the user in the account and delete the Old Federated ID.   When they try to login via SSO again, a new ID will be created.    You need to have access to Org Admin to do this step.

Org Admin → Users → Locate User → Security → Under Federated ID Actions → Clear

I’m not sure there is a setting to this in Bulk.   You can try to Bulk Close users and then open them again.  Try it in Demo first.
