Template with text boxes

I am new here today. If I want a document that has many different “blank spots” that need to be filled in each time I use the document is it possible to upload the document and create text boxes that are on the document ready to be filled in each time you want to use it? Thank you!

If the document is the same for every envelope, you can create a template, to create a template, follow these steps: 1. Go to the Templates page and select Start > Envelope Templates > Create a Template. 2. Enter a name and description for your template. 3. Add documents and recipient roles to your template. 4. Add named recipients if needed. 5. Set a routing order and authentication method if desired. 6. Define a standard message or add private messages for recipients. 7. Set advanced options if necessary. 8. Save and close your template. 9. Set signing fields for each recipient. 10. Optionally, pre-fill document fields. 11. Save and close your template. Your template is now ready to use. To create a template

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.
