There are about  300 competed agreements in my account, but now there are only 139 agreements. I was pretty confused. Is there any problems for my account?

Hello!! I’ve been trying to look this up, but getting no where. In my minimal experimentation, I have been unable to figure this out either. I’m curious if this is simply not a feature of Docusign or if I’m just missing something? When sharing a template during a Zoom call, the Zoom app makes me log in to Docusign and then makes me email the form to the person I want to share it with. Is there a way to NOT email it to them? I simply want to be able to share the template in-meeting and have them sign it right then and there.  Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I received a file via DocuSign for signing sent by an email from my manager, at the time I did not have a DocuSign account. It was my first time using DocuSign, while trying to familiarize myself with the process, I uploaded a signature as a test. Now, I am unable to change this signature to the correct one.I searched for the solution, I found out that I need to create an account to change the signature, I have since created a DocuSign account, but the file doesn't exist in my account to sign it! I even tried to register my signature in my account and the tried to sign the file in my email but it still use the first signature(the test one)Could you please assist me in accessing the file in my account or guide me on how to change my signature for this document?Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your guidance on resolving this issue.

If I send two documents for signature within one send, does it get billed as one envelope or two?

For years I have used Docusign but I only ever received documents to sign.  I now want to send a document to be signed. What do I do?  Do I need a paid account? Does the document need to be in PDF format or Word?  I have the document currently in Word.Just confused as how to get started because when I try to signup using my existing user id and password, I receive an error.

I am receiving the error message "This recipient type must have a name and email address" even though the recipient boxes are filled in with a name and email address.This problem just started happening after using the same template for several months.Can someone please assist? 

When I tried to verify my identity with my hungarian ID card, the agent said there isn’t an option like mine. It is the 2021 version one, so nearly 4 years old. I checked the supported ID versions and the latest is the 2016 one. What could be so complicated that it is still not possible to update the list with it? (also the agent said to ask support, but when I try to open a ticket it says I’m unable to login and wait 15 minutes, it’s been more than 12 hours)

How can I access a doc that I signed over a year ago that has been deleted by the originating docusign user/creator?   

I used to be able to set DocuSign to send reminders all those who have not signed their documents daily until they have signed with a one button set up (so that I don’t have to do for each envelope, which is also no longer an option to me). I can no longer do this (our school just got DocuSign back). Why can’t I use that feature? I have over 50 envelopes to resend right now with many more to come & it is very time consuming to hit resend on each envelope.Also there is no longer an easy way to search for a specific envelope, ie when I type in a name absolutely nothing comes up or everything comes up. Is this the new DocuSign or are these paid upgrades now? Thank you

Hello everyone,I am currently checking whether we can use the product for our table tennis club instead of paper forms. When children are registered, the parents usually sign. However, in rare cases, the children may also need to sign. Is it possible for the children to sign on the same form as the parents, even if the children do not have their own email? And what about when a third person, for example, needs to sign for the account holder in the case of a direct debit? Is that also possible in some way?Thanks in advanceImmi

I have a Docusign envelope that 2 out of 3 people have signed.  The 3rd person says they are not receiving the e-mail and they have checked their junk and spam folders as well.  The 2 who did sign have the same e-mail domain, so the e-mail from DocuSign is not being blocked by the company’s domain.  Is there a way to send the link to the signer outside of the DocuSign system?  Can I generate a link that I can copy for this signer and send myself?

I just sent my first document to 9 people for signatures (One envelope).  I know that a few people have signed it, but I can’t see the progress of signatures.  When I look at the SENT envelope, it still shows that it’s waiting for all 9.  I set it up to be sent in order, and yet it says it’s waiting for the first person.  I know two others down the line have signed it.  Can they sign out of order?  Thank you!

I have been asked that we create a process for HR to send out bulk Policy Guides for the company where they can accept or decline the policy.  The Toggle seems each but is there a way to bulk send to all users as a BCC format? Second question is who would have access to the answers?  Would it be the sender only or would admins aka IT have access also? John

Is there a way to hide the Envelope Type Feature?

When I send the webform link to myself, I complete the webform and DocuSign takes me to the template email to sign.I have turned off Initiate signing session from email. DocuSign still takes me to the email.Any help would be appreciated.Regards Carol-Lynn

Hello, I didn’t have an account before and I received an email with a contract that needs signing. I entered my name and initials but there’s a typo in my name and I need to change the name and initials. There’s no option to change and i need to solve this ASAP. How can I do this?

Hello,We are recently experiencing an issue where after an individual has signed the package the are repeatedly receiving email notifications to sign the package. When they open the email, it shows that they have already signed, and I can see from my end that the signing was completed prior to them being sent the new reminder. This issue has only come up in the last week, no settings have been changed in our Admin account. Any suggestions?

Hello, In our business, we need to send the same form to individual customers. Given the fast paced nature of our job, we need to be able to send this as a link that opens the editable PDF form and the customers are able to submit the form capturing their email address as well.  Is there a way to make this happen with DocuSign, instead of having to send the document via email to the customers? Let me know if it needs more clarification. Thank you in advance for your time and help!
