Hello, has anyone run into this before: 

Getting the "Login failed" error indicated in the attached image after running the docusignRetrieveApp.exe and attempt to log in.

 

Our IT is stating that the TSL Certificate for DocuSign is only valid for ns1.docusign.net and www.docusign.net, however DocuSign’s tools use docusign.net as an API host.

 

Any ideas would be helpful. Is this an expired password issue or a back-end security certificate issue.
