Why I dont see the create Web Form option in the Advanced plan?

Are you an Account Admin? If yes have you contacted Docusign Support to confirm if the feature is enabled at the backend?

If not, please contact your account Admin and confirm that your user has the option to create Web Forms. Permission Profile Options

Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
