Hi,

I received an email link to a DocuSign document, and in the signature section I created a new signature and adopted it but noticed afterwards that I accidently made a mistake in the signature and now am unable to fix it or create a new signature. I did not have a DocuSign account when I signed and adopted the signature at the time. How can this be fixed?

Hello ​@gg10 you have to reach out to the envelope sender to either correct it or to resend a new enveloppe.
