Hi, About few months, i could not receive Document after the Clients/customers finished E-sign !

Before i received it automatic right after they signed in. Now i have to open DocuSign  Web to view it and loading it …..

Please fix it for me, i want automatic receive the result after they signed in.

Have you checked your notification preferences?  From your profile, select My Preferences → Notifications.  If they are enabled, then your notification might be going to your spam folder.

Top right corner on the DocuSign home page.  It will either have your picture or your initials.

I’m still have not received back the document to my email address, after it was signed…...I must return to home to ale to open DocuSign account to get document !

Please some one call me to help me re-set it ?  i want receive Document after it was signed by my email address. as before…..

As mentioned by ​@JohnSantos  your user's email notification settings are managed in My Preferences>Notifications. For detailed steps on how to manage your email notifications, see:

If you have enabled the setting. but are not getting the emails, the most common root cause behind this behavior would be a custom rule either in your email inbox or within your email domain that is suppressing the email or moving it to a specific folder.

How can i set up receive document after signed, from email ?

(Now, i must get in DociSign web, Log in account , so able to view the document here)

I only want receive it by email .

Thank you for reaching back.

The completed document’s attachment in the completion email notification is managed by the sending account, and can only be managed by an administrator in Settings>Signing Settings>Attach documents to completion email. For more details on this topic, see:

Why are documents not attached to the Completed email notification?
It is also important to note that there is a hard limit of 5 MB applied to these attachments, if the file exceeds this threshold it will not be included in the email (even if the Attach documents to completion email option was selected).
