Hi, About few months, i could not receive Document after the Clients/customers finished E-sign !

Before i received it automatic right after they signed in. Now i have to open DocuSign  Web to view it and loading it …..

Please fix it for me, i want automatic receive the result after they signed in.

Have you checked your notification preferences?  From your profile, select My Preferences → Notifications.  If they are enabled, then your notification might be going to your spam folder.

Top right corner on the DocuSign home page.  It will either have your picture or your initials.
