The completed document’s attachment in the completion email notification is managed by the sending account, and can only be managed by an administrator in Settings>Signing Settings>Attach documents to completion email. For more details on this topic, see:

It is also important to note that there is a hard limit of 5 MB applied to these attachments, if the file exceeds this threshold it will not be included in the email (even if the Attach documents to completion email option was selected).
