If your company already has the feature enabled, you will find the Stamp field in the field menu section.
Apply and Manage Stamps, Docusign allows users to apply stamps as signatures, official approvals, or organizational acknowledgments on documents. In Japan, Docusign supports eHanko, allowing signers to use their personal Hanko as a signature. Users can add and manage personal stamps in their Docusign profile under the Stamps section, and adjust the appearance of the stamp by cropping and scaling the image. The created stamp can then be used when signing documents with a stamp field.
Stamps, Docusign stamps allow administrators to assign users or groups as signing authorities on behalf of others. Stamps can represent organizations, departments, or other users, and provide a higher level of control for sensitive stamps like company or departmental eHanko. Docusign stamps give account administrators the ability to create and manage a set of stamps for the organization.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.
