I am having challenges signing and reviewing a document. To compound things my wife uses the same email as me. I am trying to review a signed document that I signed. Two of four documents went through okay to the proper source. The other two did not. Somehow, the documents were archived in my community college email address. The community college .edu email will not allow me to export the two documents because the documents have my social security number. Could you help me? To compound things my spouse uses the same msn.com email I use!. The two documents I need have been archived in my Germanna account: ***email removed redacted post*** I need the two documents for my Veterans Administration rating. Thank you,

Have you tried to download the documents from the email notification that you received?
