Signature for INPI - France

Question

I need to sign an official document for the INPI here in France but I don’t get the certificated signature option when doing the whole envelope settings.

How do I find it?
and after that, since there’s a lot of questions around this: does the signature actually work still nowadays? A lot of people are complaining about the INPI rejecting Docusign’s signature certificate.
