Thank you so much for your reply and question.
My correspondant only wanted me to access his file through his link so I didn't have his document and couldn't try on my side.
We found another way to sign the document in the meantime...
I already used DocuSign before with no problem. I think it was a problem on the other person's side but couldn't go further in the research ...
