sms link for the identification leads to "this oage cannot be found"

Question

Hello all,I have to sign a document someone sent me with DocuSign. When I click on the link sent to my phone in order to start the identification process I have "this page cannot be found". I tried on Chrome and Internet explorer.Do you have any idea how to make it work ? I am stuck !  Thank you so much for your response. Best, Apan
