Doesn’t the basic plan include 5 envelopes per month? If so why is my plan saying I ran out of envelopes in the month of October when I haven’t used any yet?
Hi everyone - has anyone got any pointers on this issue i have. I as an admin - did shared access from one user account - adding in the secretary of the directory on the shared access area of the system. However when the secretary logs into her docusign she cannot see any of the envelopes. Despite her being named in the directors profile as a shared access. I chose the option for Allow to send on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXX in setting it up and have also removed and tried the option Allow to manage on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXX however with neither option does the secretary have the visibility of the envelopes of the profile I chose the share access with others.Have I missed something? Any advice would be great. thanks in advance.
Is there a way to recover purged documents
Is it possible to import data in a specified column from the CSV bulk file into the body of email via bulk send? We have different code send to employees. The code cannot be on the form and must be on the email. How could this be accomplished? I looked up ECF and followed the steps, but it did not work. Thank you.
I have inherited eSignature and need to do a discovery for all settings in the Admin tools and was wondering if there is a better way than clicking each individual screen, like an export or something similar.
I am wondering if anyone in the community has navigated a support ticket where people are experiencing multiple email reminders even after they have finished their action. This is happening for a group in our business who has been really stable for multiple months and they swear they didn’t change anything in their template/workflow. From their eyes, this is new and sudden behaviour. Thanks for any insights you may be able to offer.
We have built order forms based on different templates. If we change the original word/pdf-document for example want to add totally new question in it. Do we need to built web Form all over again?We can copy the template and replace the original document, and the start the Create Order Form building from the start. This is how we do it now.
I want to set a specific rule for a user group when they receive documents that it can be restricted to only having the option to receive a copy, eg below. Any help is greatly appreciated
Hi all, One of our tenant users received an email from no_reply@docusign.com mentioning that Docusign isn’t able to process the payment because the payment info is incorrect or outdated. Is this a valid mail? Thanks in advance,Karim Zaki
Hi,When a new employee is signing trough Docusign, it´s very easy and didn´t need to legitimize with Bank ID. Should it be that way, or can do add Bank ID in the process? Thank you for the help. Best regardsJohanna

These are the ones that I do not want to be sent. This is what i changed in the resource file for emails. It didn’t work, it still sent them out. Hi,I need to send documents for review and approve, but if the receiver unsatisfied or he need to add a comment to sender he can return the documents to sender otherwise the receiver approves than the document shall move to next signing order
