This is my first time setting up roles to use the templates from the app. I absolutely am putting in the email address correctly. Any ideas?

We need to speak to you about a rather serious issue we’re experiencing when sending envelopes to customers for them to sign; they’re never receiving the emails from DocuSign, and this is causing us a number of problems as a client.

HelloI tried unsetting “Allow recipients to create a Docusign account” in the demo web app / Admin / Signing settings, and ran a few tests. I also tried setting the Destination URL / Signing completed in the Brand. Neither seemed to change anything. Maybe there's a buffer period? I'll try again on Monday.Thanks.

In Docusign If an envelope is sent to five signers and three of them have already completed signing while the remaining two have not, is it possible to remove the two pending signers and change the envelope status to Completed?

In DocuSign, we send a document to five signers. Three signers have completed signing, while two have not. We have a 48-hour auto-void period. Is it possible to send the void notification email only to the signers who have not completed signing?

Within our organization, we’re hearing from many users that their dashboard is showing empty, while they have been copied to sign, or CCd on envelopes. I have compared user setups between those that do see envelopes in their dashboard and those that can’t, and there is no clear difference in how each of them are set up. 

In DocuSign, we have a workflow with six signers. The envelope is first sent to the primary owner, and once they sign, it is forwarded to five joint owners simultaneously. A 48-hour void policy is in place.For example, after the primary owner signs, all five joint owners receive the document at the same time. If three of the joint owners complete their signing while the remaining two have not yet signed, what would happen if the envelope is voided at that stage?Specifically:Will the signatures that have already been completed remain valid, or will voiding the envelope invalidate the entire process for all recipients? Is it possible to obtain a completion certificate for each recipient who has already signed, or is the Certificate of Completion only available at the envelope level?

I’m creating a workflow for dynamic contract generation,and can’t publish the workflow.I receive the following error message when i go through the Publish steps, with no steps in the workflow flagged as improper:Error MessageI’ve attached screenshots of my workflow, the number of steps isn’t really changeable due to the complexity of the paperwork involved in our industry.  If anybody has any insight that would be greatly appreciated, as we’re trying to roll this out to our team as soon as possible. Thanks! 

Hello, Just wondering if anyone else is struggling with the update to Agreement Rules since they became “Powered By Maestro.” All my old rules that aren’t “Powered By Maestro” are working great, they upload things to my Google Drive and upload to the connected Google Sheet with no issue. Now though I’ve had nothing but issues. The Rules aren’t working even when all the conditions are met, the agreements won’t auto upload and the export data to a Google Sheet is the most egregious. The Raw Data tab doesn’t appear, the information doesn’t seem to be connecting at all anymore. Not sure why the Rules needed to be connected with Maestro when Maestro is a Workflow system and the Rules are simple automations. This is really breaking a lot of the systems my team has in place. If anyone else has experienced this and has any solutions (like how to make Rules not powered by Maestro) please let me know. Or if the team at DocuSign would be able to help revoke the update too until it works better… T

In DocuSign, when an envelope is voided, DocuSign sends a void notification email to the recipients. Is there an option to customize the subject line and email body of this void notification email before it is sent to the recipients?

In DocuSign, when using Signer Attachment tabs for multiple recipients in a single envelope, what is the recommended way to programmatically identify and download each signer’s uploaded attachment separately after envelope completion?Currently, I can retrieve all documents using the Envelopes API, but I cannot reliably map each uploaded attachment back to the specific recipient who uploaded it.Is there a supported API field (such as tab metadata, recipientId association, or document-level metadata) that links a signer attachment document to a specific recipient?

Hi,After a document is completed, I would like to know if it is possible to remove the Separate PDF’s option when downloading. 

We’re looking to implement a process where staff can enter client details via a DocuSign Web Form and upload multiple PDF documents (e.g. client statements that vary each time).Ideally, each uploaded PDF would remain a standalone document within the same envelope, but the client would receive everything together in a single email notification at the end of the process.Has anyone implemented a similar setup where:Staff initiate the process via a web form Multiple PDFs can be dynamically uploaded per submission All documents are included as separate files within one envelope The client receives a single email with all documents for review/signingAny guidance on whether this is achievable using Web Forms / Maestro (IAM), and the best approach to structure it, would be greatly appreciated

 When correcting an envelope where a file had to be removed and a new one added, both versions are still being kept in the envelope. As a result, I have to ask the signer to complete both the incorrect and the correct documents in order to have the agreement returned.

I understand that envelope migration across regions is currently not supported in Docusign. Since DocuSign is migrating its infrastructure to Azure, I would like to know whether cross-region envelope migration is planned as a future feature. Or is this something that Docusign does not intend to support because of compliance, data residency, or regulatory requirements?

I work at Gerdau, and we are evaluating the possibility of using a robot account in DocuSign to support an automated document workflow.We have a couple of questions:Is it possible to create a dedicated login/account for a robot in DocuSign, or would this violate any security principles, licensing requirements, or platform policies? If a robot email account is created, would it receive the signed PPAP documents in the same way that a regular user account normally receives completed documents?

Our users often have some, but not all, of the information required to submit a request. In previous platforms, we utilized a "save as draft" feature which was essential for allowing users to enter what they have and return later once they have gathered all necessary details.This functionality currently exists within Navigator and Envelopes. Could you please clarify why it is not yet available for Agreement Desk requests?

I was looking into a project partner that is slow to Docusign things and the “Recipient Activity Report” is exactly what I needed. However, their “Average Completion Time” is within the allotted time - the issue is specific envelopes that they are slow to sign. Is there a way to expand the data behind a report into multiple line items addressing each individual envelope? I understand that I can simply look at Completed Envelopes and export that as a CSV. The gap I am seeing is that there is no “User Completion Time” column, at least with my current configuration. As a result, I would have to do some Excel magic with lookups to find all of the signers previous to my recipient of interest and get the time it actually takes them to sign. I can do so, but I figured I’d see if there’s a way to get that information out of the box that I’ve missed before putting in that effort. 

I have set up my first Meastro workflow. It is a simple web form that exports the data to a google sheet in a shared drive. When I test, I see the submissions coming through as expected. However, it looks like we have had 10 or so submissions this month that are not being written to the Google Sheet. Only the one test ones I submitted are there. I did not receive any error messages that these did not go through. Is there any troubleshooting things I could check to see why these failed silently?

We have a managed account, I am the admin.One of our users left and the email address was removed as you do.We now have people asking for the documents they signed, are they still stored somewhere?If so please can you advise where I might find them?
