I need access to my other DocuSign account. I no longer have access to the email address the account was registered under. Because of this, I cannot retrieve and enter the access code. I still have the same phone number.

You would need to contact support via a case using the last option “I can’t access my account or invoices”: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
