I’m trying to delete my Docusign account (auto renewal) as I have retired and the problem is I can’t contact a human being for help and no way online to get help without access to my old email account which I no longer have access to   Any ideas of how to actually get someone to help me?

Try opening a support case under “I can’t access my account or invoices”

(Click on ‘contact us’ at the bottom of the docusign page, then scroll down to ‘more support options’)
