I had a Docusign account at my broker for over 15 years and have lots of saved templates and files. I recently opened my own account for our new brokerage. I need help getting all of the old files and templates that I had in that account to the new brokerage account.
Any ideas or ways to get all of that transferred over??

Depending on how many templates and envelopes that you have, using Docusign Retrieve can be a solution. If deciding to use Retrieve, you need to get in contact with Docusign Support.

When you transfer ownership of envelopes, the transferred items are removed from the original owner’s account and moved to the new owner's account. You must have All Administration Capabilities on the account you want to transfer envelopes from. You can transfer to any user's account that is part of your organization and that is on the same environment site as the originating account (NA1, NA2, NA3, EU).
Note: Access to the envelope transfer feature must be enabled on your organization by Docusign. If you do not see Envelope Transfer in your Docusign Admin organization navigation menu, contact DocusignSupport for more information.
What can you transfer?
You can transfer envelopes belonging to a user in an organization account for which you have All Administration Capabilities. The envelopes can be in any status except Draft. Draft envelopes cannot be transferred.
Note: You can transfer up to 2,000 eligible envelopes at a time. You cannot transfer envelopes across sites, for example, NA1 to NA2.
