There is an obvious difference between ID Verification used for opening a document, and setting a signature type for the actual signing. We would like to use both in certain cases; how can I resolve this?

Hi, I have an agreement that needs to be signed by multiple people. The document contains a signature page for all to sign as well as an exhibit that is individual to each signatory and the information completed on the exhibit should not be seen by the others - its personal to each signatory. Is it possible to send out one document to all the parties that will allow me to receive back the completed signature page with all signatures and individually answered exhibits? I'm assuming the response will be "you need to send separate documents to each person", but hoping there's a way to do it in one shot. Thx!

Occasionally, those to whom we send docs for esignature change their email addresses, or have multiples. How do you delete those you no longer need so you don't send to them inadvertently?

I can see how many envelopes have been used in the Reports, but not how many envelopes are still available in the account envelope pool. Please help!

How do I add an initial and signature requirement to a pdf document?

Hi! My client signed the contract last night on 3/1/2022 but the date that appeared was 3/2/22. This has never happened to me before and I need to correct it. I'm thinking my account defaulted to EST instead of PST and since he was signing at 10PM, it fell int the next day. Can you confirm? I've been in settings trying to figure out how to change it and I'm stumped. Stumped and frustrated that I sent this contract with the wrong signing date. 😮 Thank you!

I deleted a document that was already sent to signatories. How do I stop automatic emails to signatories? They keep receiving prompt email to sign the document that I have already deleted.Please help.

Is there a way to validate during template creation that the template has a unique name within a folder or an account? Ex. A template with the name "Template 123" already exists so no other template can have that name. I didn't see this feature available on the website or the API but I wanted to double-check in case I missed something. Thanks!

Is Docusign affected by the CVE-2021-44228 log4j vulnerability?

I have a template that I have been using and shared with employees with no problem. Yesterday all the DocuSign boxes and signature/date fields totally disappeared. Does anybody run into this problem and what is the solution?

I was able to upload the current IRS W-9 Form (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf) and the fields populated in DocuSign, but before I sent these out I wanted to check and make sure the IRS accepts DocuSigned W-9's.
