Keeping my current Docusign

My brokerage is switching to another digital signature platform - I would like to keep my current Docusign associated with my email and everything in there including Docusign Trans Rooms

I understand you would like to keep your current Docusign associated with your email as your brokerage is switching to another platform. 

 

If your brokerage is transitioning and you want to retain access to your account, please first confirm whether the account will remain active. Typically, if you use a corporate account managed by your brokerage, they have administrative control over it. If not an Administrator, you can try reaching out to the Admins to invite you as an Administrator to have full control of the account. Next you can close all users on the account, keeping you as the only user Admin. Please note that once you close all users, they can no longer log in to the account and their documents will not be accessible. Lastly, you can decide which plan best suits you as an individual user. If it turns out to be complicated and you cannot keep your current DocuSign account due to company policy or administrative decisions, consider creating a personal DocuSign account using the same email address if allowed. Please ensure to download all important documents from the other account.

I did fond out I can use my email again but will loose all items under it.  They are transforming the brokerage to skyslope so I will just have to redo under my current email.
