When sending a contract the all words within the contract have no spacing, this is only noticed when using a mobile browser, is there any way to correct this on mobile? Have mobile-friendly enabled. The document is a pdf imported into docusign.

I didn’t understand why your uploaded document is getting without space between words.

Have you tried to use another Browser?

I apologize for the inconvenience, when allowing recipients to view mobile-friendly documents, you will need to create the envelope with that intended, the system will not convert the envelope for you, however,  any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always welcome. We invite you to share your product suggestions and feature requests on our dedicated ideas page (https://community.docusign.com/ideas), where we can collaborate to shape the future of our product together.

So you will need to remove the option to view the envelopes using the Mobile Friendly option, please see the Signing Experience Settings
