I am the administrator of a new paid eSignatureBusiness pro account with 1 seat and up to 50 users. I am using the seat. When I try to add users, there is no button to add users as described in the instructional video, only the option for bulk uploads by CSV, which I would prefer not to do. 

As I have a paid account, I attempted to request a callback about this, but have the message “Your Docusign plan does not support opening cases.” 

Can anyone help?

do you subscribe the plan from DocuSign website or from partner? what's the support plan of your account? maybe the support plan is not include callback. so canyou open case success? the support plans: https://www.docusign.com/features-and-benefits/support-plans-pricing

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Sometimes, after an account upgrade, the system does not recognize that the account is eligible for certain features and services, it should correct it self after a while. Where you able to open a case and add users?
