Monthly number of Envelopes batch not renewing

Hello,I am on the Standard Plan, which provides 10 envelopes per month. However, after each billing cycle, the number of envelopes does not reset, and instead, it stays the same or even increases. As a result, my monthly limit of 10 envelopes is not being renewed, and I am constantly being shown as exceeding my limit.Could you please assist me with this issue?

What plan is right for me at the moment

Hello, I’d like to know which plan would be best for me at the moment. I’m starting a company and need to send around 60 documents to people and their previous employers for signing in the next few days. It’s the same three forms being sent. After January 20th, the number of documents I send each month will drop to no more than 10-20. Could you help me choose the right plan? I’m the only user, and I noticed there are limitations per user. I’d like to understand if these limitations apply to the total number of documents I can send to others each month, or if I’ve misunderstood the information.

FURIOUS at charges, for extremely poor experience and service

So, i signed up to Docusign today, and I need an approveal button. So I need to upgrade my plan to business standard, ok. I upgrade, and the button is still not available. Well thats a bit disingenious, so I upgrade to business pro, and get my approval button (eventually). Then I go about creating a contract, i need to get out today. And Now the emails will not send, to valid and working email addresses. And THEN, i find out my 400+ year a plan on Business Pro will NOT allow me to raise support cases. So tell me, how does one run a business without support despite paying these fees. Oh, this is bad, very bad service and experieince. But if any admins are moderating, please tell me how to get emails working, so I can meet my deadline today (And keep my business and customers happy)

Custom fields not visible to admin (goal: to create hyperlink)

We want to insert a hyperlink into our document which forwards the reader to our general terms and conditions. I found the manual on Docusign on how to add a hyperlink by creating a custom fields. We were logged in as Admin, but our menu was different and ‘custom fields’ was not available. Is creating a custom field only available to certain accounts? And if it's not an option for us, does anyone know how to add a hyperlink via a text field? I did a few attempts, but without any luck. Thanks in advance!

No spacing in document

When sending a contract the all words within the contract have no spacing, this is only noticed when using a mobile browser, is there any way to correct this on mobile? Have mobile-friendly enabled. The document is a pdf imported into docusign. thanks in advance!

Transfer Docusign Account and Files to a New Account

Hello!I had a Docusign account at my broker for over 15 years and have lots of saved templates and files. I recently opened my own account for our new brokerage. Adding a user button missing, option to open cases unavailable despite paid account

I am the administrator of a new paid eSignatureBusiness pro account with 1 seat and up to 50 users. I am using the seat. When I try to add users, there is no button to add users as described in the instructional video, only the option for bulk uploads by CSV, which I would prefer not to do. As I have a paid account, I attempted to request a callback about this, but have the message “Your Docusign plan does not support opening cases.” Can anyone help?

New Envelope After Replacing Document?

I recently sent a document that has been viewed, but not signed by anyone. I had to make a correction and was able to replace the document. When I went to hit the final button saying “Correct”, a pop up said that I used all my envelopes (which I have). So, question is, am I able to correct/replace a document within an existing envelope (unsigned) without using or creating a new envelope?Thanks!

How to make Docusign Emails to internal users not appear as an external Email

Due to our Email security all external Emails are tagged letting the user know it’s an external Email. I would like to know if anyone has had success in somehow identifying Docusign Emails destined to internal users as an “internal” Email. I’m trying to remove the security banner so my internal users don’t think Emails from Docusign are spam/phishing Emails, as seen in the red box in this screenshot.Docusign support has been less than helpful.

I want to redirect the email notification that account holder receives , (the person's email whose account it is) on completion of envelop signing

I am using e-signature api for allowing signing the document for different users, now if the users signs the document , all the mails of completion of signature , is coming to the email of account holder’s email.For example i have developer account with email xyz@gmail.com, now I use its api key and other things in my app to accelerate the document signature process,on completion of envelope signature, i receive mail on xyz@gmail.com , I want to redirect that mail.Is any solution available to achieve that?

User can't login-email seems to be blacklisted.

Hello, I have added my colleague to our docusign account and he has never been able to log in, never with “forget password” or using a verification code. It’s as if his email is somehow blacklisted. We can’t figure it out but need to solve it and I can’t get in touch with a real human to help support us. We have a paid subscription.

No Document Visibility Option

No matter what I do, the option to change Document Visibility does not show up in Sending Settings. I’m not sure if this setting is only available for certain plans, but I have the Standard. I’ve done this from the Admin tab on the home page as well as the advanced document settings.

Sender DocuSign email rejected

After sending off a document for DocuSign signatures I received the following message: smtp; 530 5. 1. 0 <dse_na3@docusign.net> sender rejected Is this an issue with the receiving party and/or their phone/computer settings for receiving the email? I double checked the email address and it was correct. Per DocuSign’s suggestions I even re-entered the recipient’s information, including email, as part of the “Correct” procedure in my DocuSign account. Any suggestions for fixing this issue?FYI, I have successfully sent this recipient 10 to 15 docuSign emails over the past 6 months.
