I was looking into a project partner that is slow to Docusign things and the “Recipient Activity Report” is exactly what I needed. However, their “Average Completion Time” is within the allotted time - the issue is specific envelopes that they are slow to sign. Is there a way to expand the data behind a report into multiple line items addressing each individual envelope? I understand that I can simply look at Completed Envelopes and export that as a CSV. The gap I am seeing is that there is no “User Completion Time” column, at least with my current configuration. As a result, I would have to do some Excel magic with lookups to find all of the signers previous to my recipient of interest and get the time it actually takes them to sign. I can do so, but I figured I’d see if there’s a way to get that information out of the box that I’ve missed before putting in that effort. 

Our users often have some, but not all, of the information required to submit a request. In previous platforms, we utilized a "save as draft" feature which was essential for allowing users to enter what they have and return later once they have gathered all necessary details.This functionality currently exists within Navigator and Envelopes. Could you please clarify why it is not yet available for Agreement Desk requests?

I have set up my first Meastro workflow. It is a simple web form that exports the data to a google sheet in a shared drive. When I test, I see the submissions coming through as expected. However, it looks like we have had 10 or so submissions this month that are not being written to the Google Sheet. Only the one test ones I submitted are there. I did not receive any error messages that these did not go through. Is there any troubleshooting things I could check to see why these failed silently?

We have a managed account, I am the admin.One of our users left and the email address was removed as you do.We now have people asking for the documents they signed, are they still stored somewhere?If so please can you advise where I might find them?

In Docusign, we had created a user “Contracts Team”.  We then set it up so that each member of the team could toggle from themselves as a user to the “Contracts Team” as user.  That way, multiple members of the team could send envelopes as user “Contracts Team”.  It works well.  Unfortunately, starting today, when I toggle to “Contracts Team” and assemble an envelope, I am not able to save edits to Document Visibility.  I’m not able to save and close any envelopes.  I understand that Docusign migrated from sharing envelopes to shared access.  But we had set up the access already so team members could toggle between their profile and the Facilities Contracts profile. I’m not sure how to resolve the issue.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

I need Docusign Click enabled on my developer sandbox account to test a clickwrap + eSignature workflow. Account ID: Account # *information removed due to PII* The waffle/app switcher icon does not appear on my dashboard and Click is not accessible. Can someone from the team enable this?

Hello, For the Enterprise Pro Plan, how does the billing work?  If the user base declines (Fewer signatures etc.) does that translate to a cost savings?

I created a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) flow earlier this year (January) to extract/export information to a Google Sheet and save the final signed document to Google Drive when a specific template is used. It is currently working as set up. I would now like to change to which folder on Google Drive the signed document is uploaded. However, I am no longer able to edit any of the Google Drive steps.Issues / troubleshooting attempts:The “Apply” button remains greyed out even when I make changes to the step. The Google Drive app remains approved by an admin, and installed and authorized on my account. The connection is active with all permissions intact. I’ve tried re-adding the connection and re-creating entire step, but the GDrive-related Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) steps no longer appear as options on the ‘Add a new step’ panel. Is there any way to map additional info for user profiles through SAML mapping?  Job title, Company, Address, that kind of info.  If I can pass the info from our IdP, is there a way for DocuSign to map and apply it to our user profiles?

Looking for a way to set up signature tag specifically, to always be on the same line of the document used with template. We noticed the tag is not on the same line all the time, and the issue seems to be the size of the document.I know we can let users move the tags before sending the initial envelope but looking for another way so the users don’t have to adjust the tags. Good morning! Has anyone encountered the attached warning / notification before Please? I asked DS Support and they told me it could be either an incorrectly formatted mobile phone number or an invalid mobile phone number. I tested the Incorrectly formatted mobile number but that doesn't / cant be a logical rationale. DS runs default validation relative to your Country Code used...(e.g. In UK, numbers MUST start with a “7” and be 11 digits incl. Dialling code). ANY deviation from these parameters and envelope cant / wont progress. Its difficult to test Invalid number, I tried a few unlikely numbers and envelope was sent, so not really a consideration for this scenario. Any help much appreciated! Tks, Mike

I have a business pro account. When I try to add an attachment field to a webform, it says that “Attachment fields are only supported when this form is used in a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow.” I am wondering if I have the ability to use a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow, or if there is another way to create a webform where the end user will be able to upload an attachment?

Hi everyone,I’m setting up our first Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow and hitting a roadblock with the final export step.The Issue: > When attempting to export to a Google Sheet located in a Shared Drive, the workflow consistently fails. However, when I point the export to a file in a Personal Drive, it works perfectly.The shared drive is correctly connected and we are able to save to and upload from the shared drive.  Has anyone run into this frustrating wall?Thanks in advance!
