Hello, As an Admin, I have added a License/User and she has performed activity in the DocuSign account. As an admin, how do I view this overall and view all the activity that is going on the account and how do I view the activity of other users? Thanks

Docusign Email Archive Configuration

Could someone clarify what Email Archive Configuration is? Does it enable a sender or admin to view the exact notifications sent to signers? Occasionally, signers claim they didn't receive the envelopes—can we use email archive features to verify that the envelope notifications were indeed sent?

Removing Signature Types (Can't find option in settings)

I am going into my DocuSign settings and I cannot find the section that allows me to edit signature types. I want it to only allow signers to sign by drawing a signature, not by typing it. Where am I missing this option? I click on Settings and cannot find the Signature Types part.

Provide 2 tabs for signature - but only one tab to be signed

Hello All, I wanted to know if it’s possible to provide two signature tabs but only one will be signed?To give a context, I need two signature tabs representing a “Yes” or “No” decision. So the person who is signing will sign on either of this as a decision.Is this something that can be done with Docusign?

Can't downgrade my plan

Hello,I originally signed up for a reoccurring payment plan.I no longer want this plan and it is overdue resulting in my plan being suspended.I want to downgrade to the free plan.But there is no button for me to do that…..possibly because my account is suspended.How do I downgrade to the free plan with a suspended account? Hey is there a way to change the Emailadress in the “answer to” field when sending out a contract to sign? or disable the “answer to” completely?The Email I have registered is our companies general Order mail. All emails for the contracts should go to and from a specific email.

Migrating from HelloSign to Docusign

Hello, we will be migrating from HelloSign to Docusign. We are hoping to migrate all the documents in HelloSign into Docusign. I am wondering if anyone has gone through this process before. If so, could you provide any insight or process taken to do this smoothly. Has anyone used the repository product provided by Docusign? We will not be migrating any templates.

Shut off auto field detection??

Going to tag a document for signature, docusign scans the document and finds fields and auto-tags them, there is a popup to to “undo” (see attached). We hit “undo” every time. How do we disable this feature all together, it is annoying?
