Finding invoices from old paid account

Hello, 

I downgraded my paid Docusign account and I now can’t see my previous invoices anymore but I need them ASAP. 

Because I now have a free account, I cannot contact the support to ask for the invoices. 

 

Does somebody know where I can find my previous invoices or how I can contact the support to get them?

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

Once an eSignature account is closed, all billing records become inaccessible.

Regarding how to contact Docusign Support, you are welcome to create a new support case by filling out the form provided below:

https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport 

If you can’t open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account.", you will be able to fill out the form.
