I’m wanting to integrate Power Auotmate with DocuSign and want to know whether DocuSign Standard supports this. I understand Business Pro allows for integration but I have a customer with Business Standard licenses and I want to be able to tell them whether it’ll work with the licensing they currently have.

Looking to see if anything has changed in the last few years since the last related community topic around this subject.I have a retiring associate with several hundred envelops they would like to download to SharePoint or OneDrive.  Does anyone have information on how this might be done other than manually one at a time?Thanks

I have created template and attached the policy in that. And then using automate to create a pdf which needs signature and after that created envelop using template and then used add document action to add the pdf which needs sign. As of now when I am sending this to customer they can see both policy and pdf when click on review document button present in email.  Requirement is to attach the policy pdf as an attachment to the email not inside the envelop.   

Hello,The x offset of the tab is not right, the actual text appears lower than expected. I’ve tried to change the x offset (pixels) value but nothing helps. I’m using Power Automate to fill in values in a document.Does anyone know how to solve this? 

Hi Sir/Madam,docusign template assistant for word  is not available in my o365 tenant. Accordingto Microsoft, they had same issue on their test tenant as well. The “docusign template assistant for word” not populated or roll out in some of the tenant. Im facing this issue in my tenant as well. Their advice to check with Docusign support team to rectify it when it will be fully roll out to all tenant.  Do you have this issue as well? if yes, what is the advice and resolve this issue?

Hi, we have adopted DocuSign by integrating it into our SharePoint document management system. By starting the signing of a document (for example a transmission note) I need to attach the accompanying documentation. How do I upload documents from SharePoint? It seems that it is only possible to draw from the computer's local resources or from OneDrive. It would be crazy if you had to download documents locally from SharePoint and then upload them to DocuSign. Right? 

I am using ‘Add recipient to an envelope (V2)’ in the Automate to send the pdf for signing to client. Now I want to add bcc and cc other team members too in that request. Is it possible?

Hi,When an envelop signature is completed, we expect this flow to run only once, but it gets triggered many times (between 4 to 11 times our users reported).We have tried to create with different versions of connectors. V1 the same issue, V2 does not work at all, v3 the same issue. Could you please guide us if there is something we can do, or is it a problem with the trigger itself and needs to be updated by Microsoft/Docusign?ThanksBest regardsHamed

Hi Since last weekend my flow fails all the time due to problems with "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" stage as a trigger.The trigger does not pick up any envelopes sent from DocuSign and gives me this message all the time "Maximum number of Active custom connect configurations exceeded. Try disabling or removing existing custom configurations." I removed everything I could, checked my connections, there is not many and it still do not work. Everything was working fine last week and something happened over the weekend and cause this problem now.Please help.

I am currently using the DocuSign connector in Power Automate to send and receive e-signatures for documents. DocuSign application has the ability to set up sending reminders until the document is signed. However, I have tried setting up reminders through the settings menu, but have not received any reminder emails from the DocuSign application. Can you please help me solve this issue?

Just this morning, my connection for Docusign Connect stopped working completely. I keep receiving the error: Request to the backend service timed out - and Error 503, or the service is unavailable.I immediately tried to re-validate the connection, that did not work. I then deleted it, now I’m unable to add it back. This has stopped our corporate paperwork system dead in its tracks.Has anyone else experienced an outage with the production connector for Docusign connect in power automate?I was able to add the demo connector without issue, but I am not completely unable to add the connector back even after sanitizing it from our environment.

Is it possible to download the documents from a completed envelope using power automate, I can currently only see actions to get document info, not the content or actual file. Thanks.

I tried using Power Automate to update the text in Custom fields from my excel sheet into the template that I have created in Docusign, I tried importing the info of the Custom field by using the function “Get Custom Field Info” but I noticed that it wont import anything and it will still show as successfully run. I am trying to import the field info so I can put that info to run the “Update the envelope custom field” which will update the values of the respective custom fields. Can anyone help me with this please?

I have a power automate flow in which I get a document from SharePoint, create an envelope with it, then send it to users to sign. Then, I use a separate flow that when the envelope status changes, to then get the completed document and create a file in SharePoint with it. I have run into a couple issues that I cannot solve: This DocuSign account will be used to send many types of documents but I only want one type of document to be sent to this SharePoint site (for example NDAs signed by employees but not contracts send to customers). Is this possible? Below is the second flow I was using but it is works for all envelopes rather than just what I want; and after succeeding, it tries to then run the same final action many times and fails. (my guess is that it’s because the envelope goes through many status changes before being completed but since you can only have one file with a specific name it can’t create a new one for each status change). Hello!Has anyone encountered an issue where a role (Sales Rep) is getting a message - "You do not have privileges to view this page" upon hitting Send with Docusign button in the sales order page? The document to be signed still generates. I compared the Sales Rep and Sales Manager role (can access the envelope) but I can't see any significant differences in their permissions that is preventing the sales rep role from accessing the envelope.Confirmed the following setting is enabled in Docusign: Log into your DocuSign account. Navigate to Go to Admin > Sending Settings and enable the setting, Allow sender to download form data. thank you

I am looking for ways to request signatures from several people automatically, I have verified that Docusign supports the use of electronic signature (through a card reader or USB port) but I cannot find the correct configuration to request it through the power automate platform In fact, I can't even find the option to request it through the docusig website. Does anyone know how to change this signature request?

We have added configuration in DocuSign→ Integration→ Connect → Add configuration→ Configured API URL → checked all the Trigger event for DocuSign.When I tried to run the power automate it is giving me the below error. Could anyone let us know what is the cause of failing this power automate

am I charged envelop fees when I am using Outlook plugin to sign attachments? 

I have an envelope with multiple recipients set in a power automate flow. It all works sending it out and getting it signed. Since we have 5 people we need to sign the doc one after the other, I would like to be able to see progress as people sign it. So when the first person signs, I will update a sharepoint list that they have, then the next, then the next etc. I have tried a flow which is triggered by all the different docusign status changes: completed, sent, resent, accept clicked etc. But it seems to only be triggered when the first one is sent out (or the last one if set to completed). I would like to be able to log when each person signs it. Is there any way of doing this?Thank you.
