Hello,

The x offset of the tab is not right, the actual text appears lower than expected. I’ve tried to change the x offset (pixels) value but nothing helps. I’m using Power Automate to fill in values in a document.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Welcome to the DocuSign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

I’m sorry to hear that the “x” is offset from the tab. I understand you are using Power Automate to create this flow.

However, to better understand your issue, would you be so kind as to provide a screenshot of the issue?

This is an example, the text in red is the anchor (not white due to development), and the font used is TimesNewRoman, fontsize 12 (as the rest of the text in the pdf).

Hello @Berka ,

Thank you for reaching back and providing such information.

I was speaking with an expert on anchor tags using Power Automate and we would like some further information, such as:

  • A screenshot of the settings that include the offset pixels
  • An example of an envelope that presents the issue (envelopeID): Where can I find the Envelope ID?
  • And the account number (this information might be removed due to PII)

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
