Error Message : '{"errorCode":"MAX_CONNECT_CUSTOM_CONFIGURATION_FOR_ACTIVE_REST_PAYLOAD_EXCEEDED","message":"Maximum number of active connect custom configurations for Rest Payload exceeded. Rest payload configurationss20] are exceeding or at the allowed limitt20]"}'.

please find the attached screenshot for the power automate flow setup.

please provide a solution so that I can use it to correct the flow. or please fix the bug.

@rockand.roll

This is related to the current bug that Power Automat creates multiple connections in DocuSign Connect. When you hit the max. limit of 20, the flows will fail with the mentioned error message.

You can manually delete the multiple DocuSign Connect configurations in DocuSign eSignature Settings. This is a manual workaround until the bug has been fixed and the fix being released into the live systems.

Sure, that i have raised a case or ticket for the same.

please find the details below:

Case #: 13217315

Subject: MAX_CONNECT_CUSTOM_CONFIGURATION_FOR_ACTIVE_REST_PAYLOAD_EXCEEDED

Description: DocuSign Developer Account Number - Dev - EN: 25206293

Since i wasn’t able to raise a case without integration key. i have included a dummy key as integration key.

kindly please take this Case #: 13217315 on priority.

Thank You!

Hi @Michael.Rave

I’ve just encountered this same error. I receive the completed DocuSign form back via email but the flow no longer updates the envelope status on my SharePoint site.  Nor does it update the file with the final copy.

Do you recommend that I submit a ticket as well?

Thank you @rockand.roll for posting this!  I was getting pretty frustrated  😖

@RebekahG

The fix for Microsoft Power Automate has been deployed everywhere and issue has been officially resolved.

However, if you still have multiple DocuSign Connect configurations in your account right now, you need to delete them manually once, but Microsoft Power Automate will not create new duplicate configurations.

Best practice is to rename the configuration name in Power Automate, e.g. add a “V2” at the end and save it. Then you can remove all other DocuSign Connect configurations with the old name.

Thank you @Michael.Rave ,

I’ve done just that and my flow is working again.  Just need to figure out how to get that completed file to replace the original file in my library.

Much appreciated!
