Hello Docusign Community!,an issue appeared in march for us and after submitting support requests to Docusign, Adobe (we use esign there too) and Microsoft - I haven’t seen a resolution (finger pointing) and then just basically check back soon… 1. Open email in Outlook on the web which has attachment to sign is attached, click the Docusign icon -then click Sign Now.2. Proceed thru process of signing click Finish, "You’re all done" appears - good at this point.3. Click on "Send By Email", and a new email window appears, then an error just below the top ribbon appears, "The following files couldn't be attached: TestDoc.pdf. We are using DocuSign connectors in Power Automate to send documents for signature to recipients. I am using the "Generate embedded signing URL" connector. However, this link will expire once the recipient opens and closes the browser. If they reopen the URL, it shows the DocuSign page and indicates that the link has expired.

I am creating a low code Microsoft PowerApp which uses Power Automate to connect to DocuSign. I want users to be able to upload a document in the PowerApp so envelopes can be sent as if they came from my myself. This would save a lot of admin for myself and would be a great way to collect the right information in the PowerApp.The Power Automate connection to DocuSign would use my login only for all users. Is this OK to do? We have an enterprise licence.

Hi All, I'm trying to create a DocuSign sign flow with template, while sending an envelope from the flow it is giving me below error:It appears that the error occurred in the 'Send_envelope' operation. The error message suggests that a template ID cannot be used for an envelope operation. To fix this error, you should check the 'Create_envelope_using_template' operation and ensure that the correct parameter is being used as the 'templateId'.Can someone please help me? Also, if using envelope template do I have to add documents and recipient in the flow? 

Hi,I’m getting licence warning when testing simple power automate flow. When i run it i get an error:“The user '<my account id>' does not have a service plan adequate for the non-Standard connection 'Docusign'. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2123710” According to documentation i don’t need premium license to use docusign.

when I use power automate “When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)” show the error.would you plesae help me?

We've enabled DMARK in reject 100% mode recently.And we've stumbled acrossed a problem.Docusign sometimes sends notifications on behalf of our users - so sender is ouruser@ourdomain.com BUT of course email is from Docusign IP.DMARC policy rejects such messages as Docusign is not a permitted sender (Docusign IPs are not ).Can we configure Docusign not to email on behalf of @ourdomain.com ?What is the best practice?Thanks! 

What steps are involved in integrating DocuSign with D365 F&O?

We try to install the app “DocuSign for Dynamics” in our Environment. Our Environment is located in Switzerland. We are not able to install the App, it displays always an error message (which is not helpful at all, it just states that we need to contact support). Is the reason for this that the data center is located in Switzerland? Unfortunately, we do not receive any feedback on our ticket in DocuSign...

Hello,I am working on utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.The flow goes as follows:Client enters in name & email address in Microsoft Forms. Power Automate would then obtain the pdf file, create envelope, add recipient, add tabs, and send envelope.The problem I am having is utilizing an unfilled pdf file and being unable to “add tabs” according to the PDF file. I cannot determine what the actual anchor String is for each field. Hello everyone. I'm having issues with signing all the envelopes using the Power Automate connector, where the first user can see fields like Signature, Initial, Stamp, Name, Last Name, among others. However, after the first user signs, the other users can only see the Signature and Initial fields. I would like to know what is necessary for all users who need to sign to be able to see all the mentioned fields so that they can drag them to where they want. Hello Community,I'm integrating DocuSign with Power Automate and have encountered an error during the step "Get Document Generation Form Fields from Envelope." Account does not enable AllowDocGenDocuments setting." }}It appears that the DocGen document settings might not be enabled for my account. Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, could you advise how to resolve it? Specifically, I'm looking for guidance on enabling the AllowDocGenDocuments setting in the DocuSign account or any alternative solutions you might suggest. Below you can find the flow. One of our employees logged into docusign to sign a document.  After they signed the document, they were logged out of docusign and then had to sign back in instead of taking them back to either the docusign home or manage page.  Is anyone aware of why that may happen.  We are using microsoft outlook office 16.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  I have also reached out to our IT group, waiting for a response.

Hi, how to sign a document from SharePoint using the DocuSign plugin. Our process involves signing the document internally first before sending it to the customer. We then utilize the ‘Get Signatures with DocuSign’ feature to send to customers. However, i am unsure how to docusign from SharePoint itself internally before sending it out to the customers? I tried using the ‘Sign using DocuSign’ option as shown in the picture but get error message. Please help​
