We have users wanting to use eSignature with the Approval App inside of MS Teams.  They are able to successfully prepare and send a document when they are not part of the signing order. However, should they include themselves on the signing order, they receive an error when they click the Prepare button.   We are able to re-create the issue, time and time again.  I’ve confirmed all have an active eSignature profile (2 are senders, 1 is a full fledge DS Admin) on the same account being referenced through MS Teams.  They all have a Teams account as well. Is anyone else seeing this issue?  If so, were you able to resolve it?

I am using power automate to send documents for signatures. We need to populate dynamic data into our template (PDF) before sending it. We are using Power automate action “Update envelop prefills tab”   Below are some information : Template PDF - Tabs

Hi all, I’m using DocuSign with Power Automate, and I'd like to send a private message along with a document that is sent for signature. Can we send a private message along with the document routed for signature, or is there another way to do so? I hope someone can help me with this. Many thanks in advance.

I see that when I am in a SharePoint list I can do mappings but when I am in a Document Library that option in the SharePoint integration does not exist.  Is there a way to add a field in a document library, a people column and then select the PDF, request signature and have it mapped to the email address next to the PDF? or does this only exist in a SharePoint list with an attachment and people column.  Need to automate a standard response.

Hello community, I have the problem that I cannot integrate the docusign addin into my locally installed Outlook (version: MS Office LTSC Standard 2021 SPLA). We use a local Exchange server. When I click on "Get Add-ins" in Outlook, I am redirected to the Microsoft Appsource, where I am redirected to an M365 tenant when retrieving the Docusign Addin. Interestingly, I can see the addin in the M365 Tenant as well as the Word addin. The Word Addin also appears in my Word... but the Outlook Addin doesn't... What do I have to do?Many thanks for your help!Adrian

I am trying to create a Power Automate flow to automatically send out an envelope upon uploading it to SharePoint. However, one of the documents in each envelope should only be visible to our internal stakeholders. Is there a way to customize it in the flow?So far, I have been using the 'document visibility' option manually each time when sending out an envelope.

Hello

I did a Power Automate Flow to send an Envelope by DocuSign with the document added to a Sharepoint Document Library but its giving an error on the action Get Fiel Content : Document ID “Power automate error  Action 'Get_file_content' failed: File not found clientRequestId: baeb52b8-9b24-4dfb-8fec-094588cce987 serviceRequestId: d84f3aa1-80ef-0000-1640-87ab8072fc4f”I was able to find out what was the error. On the Get File Content action, I was selecting the ID of the Fiel in Sharepoint instead of the File Identifier.

I am trying to connect DocuSign with Microsoft Power Automate to retrieve custom data (such as the envelope submission date, a certain value stated in an envelope, and the count of approvers) from an envelope and automatically fill out the custom data in a SharePoint list when the envelope is completed Is there a way to achieve this?

Sometimes when trying to send a file out for signature, using sign with DocuSign from my SharePoint library, DocuSign will prompt me to hit the login button, after loading it sends me to the DocuSign home page rather than the typical envelope formatting, I need to send my document out for a signature. Any ideas on why this is an how to prevent it from sending me to the homepage?

We have integrated dynamics 365 with DocuSign. We have created a power automate which creates an envelope on click of button from model driven app. We are not facing any issue in the Create Envelope step in the Power automate which uses the DocuSign Admin Account. but we are facing an issue while adding the “Docusign Transaction” record this datverse step uses a service account whose account we have created in Docusign as well.  This is the error we are getting “Could not find a DocuSign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed”

I am using DocuSign for D365 and after the document gets signed, a pdf of the signed document is saved to the Dynamics entity. I only have to option to set the name of the signed document to the DocuSign document subject, which is the email subject. I need to set it to the name of the document_signed. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Hi Team, I am using DocuSign connector in power automate and calling this from powerapps.I have not created any connector in powerapps. still it asks everytime for docusign connection login to every user while they play(use) the app.I want to deploy the app for 100 users and will be using one license account for this and that will only be the connection in power automate. why then it asks every user for docusign login in powerapps.Kindly suggest how to avoid login. Regards,Hitesh Nagpal

Hello Docusign Community!,an issue appeared in march for us and after submitting support requests to Docusign, Adobe (we use esign there too) and Microsoft - I haven’t seen a resolution (finger pointing) and then just basically check back soon… 1. Open email in Outlook on the web which has attachment to sign is attached, click the Docusign icon -then click Sign Now.2. Proceed thru process of signing click Finish, "You’re all done" appears - good at this point.3. Click on "Send By Email", and a new email window appears, then an error just below the top ribbon appears, "The following files couldn't be attached: TestDoc.pdf. Please try again later."notes:The test document is 27kb. Latest versions of Chrome & Edge tested. Cleared caches, reboots, updates. Turned firewall off Windows 10 & 11. Multiple PCs at work and privately owned PCs tested.I cannot find evidence that others are also experiencing this issue. What could cause this?Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you in adva

Does this affect SharePoint integrations with esignature at all? https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/docusign-api-basic-user-password-authentication-retirement?_ga=2.147202865.740810979.1717681606-2143240163.1679409016&_gl=1*1flg3dw*_ga*MjE0MzI0MDE2My4xNjc5NDA5MDE2*_ga_1TZ7S9D6BQ*MTcxNzY4MTYwNS4yMy4xLjE3MTc2ODIyNDYuNTcuMC4w

We are using DocuSign connectors in Power Automate to send documents for signature to recipients. I am using the "Generate embedded signing URL" connector. However, this link will expire once the recipient opens and closes the browser. If they reopen the URL, it shows the DocuSign page and indicates that the link has expired.

I am creating a low code Microsoft PowerApp which uses Power Automate to connect to DocuSign. I want users to be able to upload a document in the PowerApp so envelopes can be sent as if they came from my myself. This would save a lot of admin for myself and would be a great way to collect the right information in the PowerApp.The Power Automate connection to DocuSign would use my login only for all users. Is this OK to do? We have an enterprise licence.

Good afternoon everyone! Is anyone here using Power Automate w/ DocuSign?  If so, what are you using it for?  I was asked to look into this and while I think it could work for onboarding employees, that’s really the only scenario I can think of. Thanks in advance,Lindsay

Hi All, I am trying to create flow for DocuSign with power automate, Could you please assist me which function should i use in signer name and signer email. I have created array with Params to have different emails.

Hi All, I'm trying to create a DocuSign sign flow with template, while sending an envelope from the flow it is giving me below error:It appears that the error occurred in the 'Send_envelope' operation. The error message suggests that a template ID cannot be used for an envelope operation. To fix this error, you should check the 'Create_envelope_using_template' operation and ensure that the correct parameter is being used as the 'templateId'.Can someone please help me? Also, if using envelope template do I have to add documents and recipient in the flow?

Hello, Is there anyway to send out a bulk group of 80 individual letters?  The letters will be the same except for name, email and address. Thanks

I created a DOCX file in SharePoint library with proper data fields as below inside the DOCX:Hi, my name is {{userName}} However, when I use Get document generation form fields from envelope Action, it always return an empty array. Can you help what is wrong with my DOCX file setup in SharePoint? I am using Developer Account btw.

Dear colleagues,We are your clients. We use Office 365 as mail system. We've enabled DMARK in reject 100% mode recently. And we've stumbled acrossed a problem.Docusign sometimes sends notifications on behalf of our users - so sender is ouruser@ourdomain.com BUT of course email is from Docusign IP.DMARC policy rejects such messages as Docusign is not a permitted sender (Docusign IPs are not ).Can we configure Docusign not to email on behalf of @ourdomain.com ?What is the best practice? Thanks!
