I’m using DocuSign with Power Automate, and I'd like to send a private message along with a document that is sent for signature.
Can we send a private message along with the document routed for signature, or is there another way to do so?
I hope someone can help me with this.

If you use the “Create Envelope Using Template” action in your workflow, you can include your custom message as part of the eSignature template specified in it. You can find detailed steps on these topics, here:
