Can't See Recipients tabs from envelops created using power automate

Question

i have an issue while using power automate to create an envelope using the step called “Create Envelope using template with recipients and tabs” i filled all the data and its sent clear but i can’t see the text fields i added for the recipients to fill the data and sign i don’t know if iam missing out on any thing

​@Ma.CubioMaybe i didn’t phrase my Question Good i will try to provide more details:1- First i created a template on docusign and created custom fields with types “text-email-date-dropdown”2- i tried to use power automate to retrieve this template then populate this data from dynamics 365 CRM i found an easy step called “Create Envelop using template with recipients and tab” and it dynamically shows me all the tabs that i have created or i shall say “text tabs” and check boxes only no dropdowns no date no email only the text tabs mainly3-so i populated all i could have and updated the recipient name and email dynamically based on my scenario and sent the envelop but i see null values instead of my populated data + i can’t see the signature field still there for the recipient to use when i use this step in power automate
