Using Documentproperties as Anchors in PowerAutomate
Hi everyone,
I want to add multiple documents to one envelope. Each Document should only be signed once. Since all documents are duplicated from a template and I came up with the ideo of using a specific document propertie as signature anchor. But in my tests this did not work. (When I am using the same anchor in each document, each document has to be signed as often as documents are in the envelope)
Has anyone an idea why this does not work or how it could work?
Thanks for reaching out here in the Docusign Community—great to have you here.
For further help, it would be helpful to review your setup. Could you share a screenshot of your workflow?
I look forward to your response.

Hello @Jenny.Martin, Thank you for your interesst. Here are some screenshots. I translated some actions in the workflowsetup, since they are all in German.
Here is the errormessage: The specified Anchor Tab string was not found in the document. Anchor Tab String "/SignJHu1/" not found.
Thanks in advance
Best regards
Jens
Hello Jens,
Thank you for sharing the details of the issue.
To assist further, we will need the Envelope ID associated with the workflow. It’s important to verify if the document was correctly added to the draft. We also need to review the workflow output to identify the exact anchor being used.
Since the anchor text is coming from a variable in the SharePoint object, we currently cannot determine from our side whether this is plain text or another type of data.

Hello Jenny, how can I forward the information you need? Via Screenshot? If so, from where and what exactly do you need and expect to see, what helps you to analyze the situation?
Best Regards
Jens
