Hello,

I want to create a flow where envelope will be automatically created, with documents and recipients.
I am stuck on how to add multiple tabs which are different type in the same step. Currently i managed to setup the flow to be working but i only manage to get 1 type of tab for all of defined ones in the envelope.
Has anyone done something similar and can help me?

Thank you :)

Hi @prinz9
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I understand that you would like to create a flow where an envelope with documents and recipients is automatically created.
Upon checking, you can only create a single type at a time. However, you may try to check this article about Create envelope using composite templates.

With composite templates , you can apply multiple templates to a single envelope. You can combine templates with forms or other documents in the envelope. With the Create envelope using composite templates you can:

  • Customize envelope-level fields
  • Set the email subject and body
  • Prepopulate IDV workflows and signature types
  • Prepopulate tab data and recipient information
  • Apply a template to a document
  • Add new tabs or update tabs in the template or document
  • Add or update recipients in the envelope
Note:

This action only supports Signing Groups for the Needs to sign recipient.

The action is designed for Power Automate advanced users who can manage templates, recipients, and fields without guidance.

Note:

With this action, you often must keep a Docusign window open to view tab, template, and recipient information. The action also does not automatically populate tab labels from the template. For a simpler experience, use the Create envelope using template with recipients and tabs action. That action shows tab and recipient information from the selected template.
