Hi,

I have created a Power Automate flow for DocuSign, and it is working fine when the KYS DOCX form is attached from SharePoint — the approver is able to sign without any issues.

However, I'm encountering a problem when I try to attach additional PDF files along with the KYS form (for review purposes) for the same approver. In this case, I'm getting the following error: "ANCHOR_TAB_STRING_NOT_FOUND."

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

In Power Automate, when using the DocuSign connector, make sure each tab (e.g., signature tab) is tied to the correct documentId

Hello @Sai Pasupuleti,

Thank you for reaching out to the DocuSign Community! We appreciate your engagement and are committed to fostering a supportive environment for knowledge sharing.

We're sorry to hear about the error "ANCHOR_TAB_STRING_NOT_FOUND" within your flow. The issue often arises when the document needs to be properly converted to Base64 format 👉 Base64-encoding document content

If the issue persists, we recommend opening a support case so a specialist from our Microsoft team can investigate and provide tailored guidance. This may involve a closer look at your workflow and potentially require a copy of the documents and screensharing if needed.
