To clarify, are you currently using an integration to send or generate your documents? Many DocuSign integrations offer an envelope status page that provides basic information such as status, sign date, and sender. Often, the completed document is also added to the record from which the envelope was sent, and this record typically includes a certificate of completion with more in-depth information.
Alternatively, if you are a DocuSign administrator, envelopes can be accessed using the steps:

1. Log in to your Docusign account.
2. In your Web browser, paste your envelope ID at the end of the following URL: <https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents/details/nENVELOPE ID]>
3. Press Enter
