This did address my original question. But I have another related question. List Envelopes shows the recipient list, but there’s no info about who’s signed and who hasn’t. Is there any way to query that?

The “List recipients from envelope” action does return a status for each signer. However, there is currently no dedicated Power Automate action specifically designed to directly provide this information in a simplified way.
