Upon checking, your issue is related to a previously reported Bug
eSign PROD: Users may experience errors with the Docusign for Microsoft Dynamics integration (DIRCA-3127) . But the good news is, this bug has already been resolved.

I'm aware of this error, but the platform still displays the same message.
I can't connect a DocuSign user to the D365 CRM.
Hello @Melanie.Panguito we are also experiencing this issue, as off today this issue has resurfaced and it is not resolved.
