DocuSign SCIM connector connection failing

Question

We are trying to setup SCIM connector for DocuSign in Entra for user provisioning and de-provisioning however when while testing the ‘connection after copying the relevant into (Base/tenant URL and token) to Entra, the test connection is failed with error “Your application is not reachable” (reference snip attached).

Any support or guidance would be appreciated.
