Prefill Role template with powerautomate

Hello, I use PowerAutomate to send contracts to DocuSign. I'm calling a template with PowerAutomate and would like to fill in the user based on the role. For some reason, DocuSign isn't picking up the user from PowerAutomate. Does someone have any experience with this? (I use the exact same role in PowerAutomate as in the DocuSign template.)

Thank you for getting back to me. At this time, it would be best to troubleshoot this via screen sharing. The best course of action is to open a support case so our Microsoft specialized expert can guide you through the assigning of tags or roles.  👉 Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

Hi Melanie,

 

When is use the instructions there is an extra user in the draft and the user is not replaced based on the Rol.

any thoughts?
