It doesn’t look like the “DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce” product supports creating/managing “Signing Groups”, am I right? (In that case, I’m going to have to use the APIs directly to build them, I guess.) Does it at least support selecting a (already created) signing group as a recipient of an envelope?

We have set up an integration between DocuWare and DocuSign.When having finalized a document in DocuWare, the document is automatically send to a receiver for esignature via DocuSign. However, the integration token between DocuWare en DocuSign has been created/requested on my personal admin account (which is tied to my company email address), this means that every envelope that is sent out via the integration, displays my own name/personal email in the received email to the requested signator.E.g. “John Doe via DocuSign” I would like to make sure that the integration between DocuWare and DocuSign stays “generic” and does not display an admin name. Does anyone have an idea on the best approach for this? We can try to register with a different email address to re-create the token - but does this mean we need to manually create a “generic” user within DocuSign for this? As we are also integrated with an SSO Identity provider, we would like to stay away from

I am using Apex Toolkit to generate the document and send envelope for signing. Envelope is sent. I need also to save generated document in Salesforce as a File. I fount that I can use dfsle.Document.WriteBack and it is working, but it saves only the File after the signer will sign. Hi there, I am testing now for a client using a trail account an Oracle HCM (Journeys) - DocuSign Integration.Things should be pretty easy according to Oracle documentation Configure Electronic Signature Using DocuSign in Journeys (oracle.com) however I can’t male these 2 custom fields work.They say in the link above quoting ‘6. Enter the custom fields for Company and Title (mapped to Legal Employer and Assignment Name respectively in HCM) as ORA_LEGAL_ENTITY and ORA_JOB_TITLE respectively. Optionally, you can add a text box with custom text or checkbox and other standard fields that DocuSign offers in the document. However, note that there aren’t any delivered mapping to fields in HCM.’My questions are:given this is a standard integration s

When I sign a document using SharePoint online, it does not store the document as a new version of the selected document selected to sign. it used to work fine last week- It does not update the document in SharePoint online even it does not show the signature but when I download the document form the DocuSign account it does show the signature. 

Scenario: Creating a self-service contract renewal process. Will use a picklist on the Quote record in Salesforce to opt-in records to the program. Once in, Salesforce Marketing Cloud will ingest the records to a Journey. This journey will email the customer at intervals of 120, 90, 60 30 days before their renewal deadline.Issue / Decision: I need to be able to present the customer with a PDF order form to sign that would be generated from the SF Quote. The order would ideally have Docusign tags included so the customer can sign when they receive it. Having trouble solutioning how to get the order form to work. Looking for ideas.  

Is it possible to hide / remove the preview button on the layout of the page that appears when generating documents with Docusign GEN?The problem is that users click on the preview button to see the document that’s been generated but then they need to go back to the salesforce record linjed to the document in order to continue their business process. Therefore they use the back button of their navigator but when doing that it sends them back to the document generating page and so re-generates documents resulting on document being generated in several copies.To prevent this from happening we’d like to remove the preview button so that users can only see the documents from the salesforce record itself.Thanks for your help!

I’m testing DocuSign within Power Automate with a document that has multiple checkboxes. Is there a way to add multiple checkbox tabs to a document? The issue I’m running into is I have multiple anchor strings for each checkbox and they all show up, but when I select one of the checkboxes in DocuSign all checkboxes change to that selected value.  Is there a way to make each checkbox independent of one another?  Am not seeing this issue with the Initials tab type.

Hello,Has any used DocuSign Negotiate in that having a back and forth with a customer.i.e. if I send a contract for review. Can 2 users redline at the same time? or is it more of aAssign to user 1 who redlines and then they send to user 2 repeat…. thanks

In Salesforce, I have some DocuSign for people to sign sitting in Sent status. It will not switch to delivered status. I have even tried clicking Resend DocuSign Email and it won’t change. Advice?

what is the latest version of the Docusign eSignature for Salesforce ? How can we tell if we are not on a Legacy Docusign eSignature for Salesforce ? 

We use the Legacy DocuSign for Salesforce app in conjunction with DocuSign Connect to push data from our signed forms back to our Salesforce org. One of our Users recently realized she was not set up as a DocuSign Connect Associated User, meaning that all the eSignature forms she sent went out with no issues but never wrote any data back to Salesforce.Is there any way to re-process these envelopes so that we don't have to manually go through and enter all the relevant data?

Has anyone tried out Gavel’s new DocuSign integration? Thoughts? Seems easy enough to link the accounts together and connect the HMAC Key. I was testing it with a Gavel workflow I created for an Anti-Coercion Insurance Disclosure for a mortgage. I like that I can use the variables I create in the workflow for the singatory's info (name and email). I haven't tried having the docs sent back into Gavel upon execution yet but I like that I can see the status of the signatures in the Data Manager.

When adding recipients to e-signature There are 3 options for Types of Recipients. If you don't need the default recipient the user has to click three times to use ne of the other recipient options. This UI workflow could be simplified by adding a button for each "Add Recipient" option. Still provide the option drop down to change the type of recipient.

I noticed that to add merge fields in the middle of the document/texts, according to the instructions I need to leave a blank space where the field will be located, is there a way to configure that space to adjust to the text of the merge field? Because I notices that perhaps the Account Name for example is too long, and if the blank space for it is not big enough, it will be written over the document text.

I've tried various things but for whatever reason simply can't get this to work so maybe it's not possible or supported? Thanks in advance!

Hello,We are using Salesforce CPQ+/Billing and DocuSign to generate invoices and every week we have a batch which is going to create invoices from Order (via Invoice Batch) and we update the status to Posted manually.I would like to know if there is a way to send automatically all posted invoices depending of one criteria : if the sending mode is equal to "Email" in Account, then the posted invoice can be send automatically (a king of batch in DocuSign)! The goal is not to use the "Send" button for every single invoice.Do you have an idea ?Thank you and have a nice dayBR 

We are using Docusign with dynamics 365 and want to make a seamless in person signing experience from a Quote.  There is no documentation out there on this and the GetSigningView function available in Dynamics 365 Workflows.  I can get the SigningView, but it is not opening the URL for the signing experience.  All of the documentation is for sending envelopes out for signature, not for use with in person signatures.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have a rule set up to export a specific user's envelopes to DropBox. How can I execute that rule on all existing envelopes?

Today our site is integrated with Salesforce. We use Powerforms to collect data>eSign and send data to Salesforce. The issue we have is Powerforms does NOT support email address uniqueness validations when a customer is filling out multiple email fields (aka: 3 fields for email, each must have a unique email address) which is critical to our process. It appears Acrobat forms will allow this validation process when the user fills out the Acrobat form. We would like to use Acrobat interactive forms to replace Powerforms but cant seem to find anything that outlines that process. We are NOT looking at setting up a PDF and inserting Powerform fields (that is our current issue), we need the Acrobat form to perform the validation, then save the data to SF and have customer eSign using DocuSign

I'm trying to get my HMAC key for my Hubspot mapping. The guide said there should be a "connect" button underneath Integrations but I don't see one. What am I missing?
